Facilitated Dual Enrollment

K-12 schools can partner with Judson College to offer college credit through high school faculty who do not have master’s degrees. This program allows high school students to take college-level courses for dual credit in a hybrid in-person and online format while still being in a supportive K-12 environment.

Facilitated Dual Enrollment Partnership Program

Overview:

  • High school teachers with undergraduate degrees can facilitate dual enrollment courses overseen by professors at Judson College.
  • Facilitated enrollment courses are taught on the high school campus during the regular school day, making it convenient for students to earn college credits without having to travel to a college campus.
  • High school instructors facilitate the course by setting up discussions and activities in the classroom.
  • All assignments are submitted online to Southeastern professors.
  • High school facilitators contribute a 20% engagement and participation grade to the College.
  • Schools can customize the course to their school’s schedule.
  • Facilitated dual enrollment classes provide 14 weeks (about 3 months) of course content.
