
Biography
Dr. Williams’ thirty-year corporate career includes experience in both HR generalist and specialist roles. He has established and led teams responsible for organization design, team development, job analysis and design, employee selection, performance management, survey research, HR analytics, learning and development, and change management. Also, he has authored articles in the areas of organization design and learning technology, and worked extensively with C-level executives in driving performance through data-driven organizational development and change.
Dr. Williams is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and has completed executive leadership and business programs at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
