Eligibility Standards And Important Policies

• Eligibility is set by federal regulations and determined by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®).
• You are required to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) to remain eligible by receiving above a 2.0 cumulative GPA, passing 67% of the courses you attempt, and being on pace to graduate within 150% of the published length of your program.
• You must be enrolled in your first undergraduate degree program.
• Only courses fulfilling requirements for academic progress in your primary undergraduate academic plan are eligible.
• Full-time enrollment is required to receive the maximum amount of the scholarship. All other enrollment is pro-rated.
• If selected for verification, you must submit all requested documents to receive any federal funds.

• Full-time enrollment is required to receive the maximum amount of the scholarship. If you are enrolled half-time (6-8 credit hours) or three-quarters time (9-11 credit hours), the amount you will receive will be pro-rated. Any enrollment below half-time is not eligible.
• If selected for verification, you must submit all requested documents to receive any state funds.

• Have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Be a degree-seeking student.
  • Both on-campus and off-campus students are eligible for financial aid.
• Be enrolled in courses that are working towards the completion of your current, primary academic plan.
• Have a minimum enrollment status of ¾-time (9-11 credit hours).
  • You must be enrolled full-time (12+ credit hours) to receive 100% of your offered Institutional Scholarship.
• Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
• Complete the FAFSA®.
  • Students whose FAFSA® is not received at least one week before the first day of the semester will have their Institutional Aid removed until the FAFSA® is completed.

• You must be enrolled full-time (12+ credit hours) to receive 100% of the institutional scholarship that you have been offered.
• ¾-time enrollment (9-11 credit hours) will result in your institutional scholarship being reduced by 50%.
• Half-time enrollment (6-8 credit hours) or below (1-5 credit hours) is not eligible for institutional financial aid.

• Southeastern Women’s Fellowship Scholarship: 3.0 GPA.

• If you withdraw from courses after the drop date and fall below full-time enrollment (12+ credit hours), then you will have your institutional financial aid reduced by 25% for each course you withdraw from.
• If your enrollment status falls to half-time (6-8 credit hours) or below (1-5 credit hours), then you will lose any remaining financial aid.
  • Please note, you will still be charged the total cost of any courses you withdraw from.

• Tuition
• Academic Fees
  • Student Enrollment Fee
  • Online Course Enrollment Fee
  • House System Fee

Institutional scholarships cannot be used for other fees such as…

• Housing Fee
• Meal Plan Fee
• Late Fees
• Add/Drop Fee
• Etc.

No, you cannot be overfunded by institutional scholarships.
