This scholarship is for ordained ministers who have been serving in an SBC church in the state of Florida for at least one year and their immediate family.
Requirements:
- Student must be actively serving an SBC church in the state of Florida in a pastoral role or be the immediate family of an SBC pastor in the state of Florida
- Pursuing a ministry focused degree through an SBC affiliated college or seminary
Additional Guidelines:
- The scholarship is up to $1,000/year for tuition and books ONLY and may be renewed up to two additional years. It is possible to re-apply when seeking a post graduate degree. (i.e. D.Min, Ed.D, PhD)

Description: Florida Order of the Eastern Star is a scholarship for students preparing for leadership in various ministry fields: Ministers, Missionaries, Directors of Youth Leadership, etc. Applicants must be a legal resident of Florida, and preference will be given to students who are at least a Junior in College who Eastern Star Training Awards for Religious Leadership grant. Amounts for the scholarship will vary per student.

Description: With preference to students from central Arkansas, in particular, members of Immanuel Baptist Church Little Rock. Amounts vary by need. A recipient must normally be a full-time student. Applicants must, have an interest in pursuing church vocation in a Southern Baptist Church or with IMB, NAMB, or a state Baptist Convention. Recipients are under obligation to reimburse the Arkansas Baptist Foundation should the recipient fail to pursue a career in a Southern Baptist church-related vocation or appointments with IMB or NAMB.
